Overland Park, Kansas – Bank of Labor puts their words into action by actively engaging skilled union members in its construction of a new bank headquarters and branch located in the Kansas City metro. Championing Labor reinforces Bank of Labor’s commitment to quality, fairness, safety, and offering a community benefit by using skilled Labor.
The Bank’s team includes union-member bankers, and the construction of its new headquarters involved collaboration with union Locals from various building trades, including Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers, Carpenters, Drywall Finishers, Electrical Workers, Elevator Constructors, Glaziers, Heat and Frost Insulators, Ironworkers, Laborers, Pipe Fitters, Plumbers, Sheet Metal Workers, Sprinkler Fitters, and Teamsters. Moreover, akin to the training centers that Bank of Labor finances to support Labor, the new headquarters is designed to foster training, collaboration, and innovation. By integrating union value into both its workforce and infrastructure, Bank of Labor not only supports the Labor community but also ensures excellence and integrity in its services.
